Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping fees are calculated by product weight in the checkout process.
We do not ship international orders via this website. If you live outside the United States, please email email@example.com or call our toll free number, 1-844-DWP-LIVE, during business hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central Standard Time, M-F).
Every order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and the Purchaser is authorized to use this payment method. Once payment is received, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. All in-stock items will ship as soon as possible from our Nashville, TN warehouse. Any out of stock items will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in DWP Live’s warehouse. The Purchaser will be notified once the order has shipped.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as the item as has shipped.
All orders will be shipped with signature confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Someone will have to be present at delivery to sign for the package - this is for both your and our protection.
Shipping Address Not the Same as Billing Address
Credit card companies are extra careful about fraud prevention and may place a hold on orders that are shipping to an address that is not on their client's account. A quick call to your credit card company can eliminate delays. Just have them add the additional shipping address to your account.
